Yielded Movement
Yielded Movement: Sunset Gathering
Join us for an evening of worship as we welcome the sunset through the movement of banners and flags. Together, we will gather in God’s creation to worship with open hearts, allowing movement to become an expression of surrender, joy, and praise.
No experience with flags is necessary. Whether this is your first time or you have worshiped with banners before, you are welcome to come as you are.

Yielded Movement was a great experience! We learned some basic moves with the flags and then were able to practice during worship songs. It was a safe place to make mistakes, laugh, and learn how to worship our magnificent God in a new way. I really enjoyed it and is therapeutic impact on my day.

This was my second experience with Yielded Movement and it was unique from the first. This time we met at sunrise at Hamlin Beach together for flagging. It was a completely different experience than practicing in the dance studio and I’m grateful for how it showed the Lord shows up in every environment whenever two or more are gathered. Flagging during sunrise with my toes in the sand was an amazing experience I wouldn’t have had without Cris. Thank you, Cris!

I loved seeing the sun rising on the beach with my feet in the sand as we worshipped. It was so amazing I felt the presence of God all around me and I was comfortable with everyone there they were really nice! We also prayed before and after and I liked that a lot.

I really loved this because there was no expectation except for us to spend time with Jesus. It felt quiet and relaxed and it gave us room to hear God speak to us through his creation.
